Bring people into the workspace

Invite colleagues with the role that fits their responsibility.

Start with the people you need

You can begin as the Owner and build the first workflows yourself. Invite someone when they need to review work, help set up the workspace, or work with AI employees.

Use the team controls in Settings to send an invitation. The invitation identifies the organization and assigned role. The recipient accepts it, completes their profile, and receives an onboarding conversation suited to their role.

Understand the roles

  • Owner: the person responsible for the workspace.
  • Admin: a person helping manage the workspace and its members.
  • Member: a person working with the access they have been given.

Everyone in the workspace can read company information and agent conversations. Permission to prompt an AI employee is separate. Only the Owner changes the company vision; policy changes have their own approval authority.

Keep access deliberate

A colleague joining the organization does not automatically gain access to your personal provider accounts. Connect only company tools appropriate to their work.

Workspace conversations are shared, not private. Interaction access controls who can prompt an AI employee and answer its ordinary approval requests. It does not grant access to raw credentials or override company-policy approval rules.

If an invitation does not work

Check the invited email address and the expiry shown on the invitation page. If it has expired or been revoked, ask the inviter for a new link. Do not forward a colleague's personal invitation as a way to grant someone else access.

Keep someone accountable

Give each useful workflow a human responsible for checking its results. If that person leaves, review its connections and responsibilities before someone else continues it.
