These terms govern your use of Hive, operated by NaironAI, at hivepreview.com and app.hivepreview.com. By using Hive, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to agree on its behalf.
Private beta
Hive is an evolving private beta. Features may change, be unavailable, or be discontinued. Product illustrations and design previews describe the direction of the product; they do not guarantee that a feature is operational. Do not rely on a preview as a record of completed work.
Your account and use
Provide accurate account information, protect access to your email and account, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for the information you submit and for having permission to use it.
Do not use Hive unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, upload malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service. Only connect accounts, tools, and data that you are authorized to use.
AI employees and human decisions
Where AI features are available, their output may be incomplete or incorrect. Review results and permissions before relying on them or approving actions. You remain responsible for decisions and actions you authorize. Third-party tools and models may have their own terms and charges.
Your content
You retain your rights in content you submit. You give NaironAI permission to host, process, and display that content as needed to provide Hive and respond to your instructions. These terms do not transfer ownership of your content to NaironAI.
Pricing
Operator is offered through private beta access; Team Pilot and Enterprise engagements are individually discussed. A pricing label does not itself authorize a charge. Any fees, usage charges, payment terms, renewal terms, and cancellation arrangements must be disclosed and agreed before a paid engagement.

Availability and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hive is provided as available without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ending use
You may stop using Hive at any time and contact us to request account closure. We may restrict or end access for misuse, security reasons, legal requirements, or changes to the beta. Any separately agreed paid-service terms also apply.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as Hive develops, publish the revised date here, and give additional notice where required. Questions or disputes should be directed to NaironAI at privacy@naironai.com. These terms do not limit any mandatory protections under applicable law.
