Welcome to Hive
Two paths to a company where people set direction and AI employees do useful work.
Hive brings people and AI employees into one workspace. Start with a job you can describe, connect the tools it needs, and review the result. Build confidence before you hand over more responsibility.
Choose your path
Build a company from day one
Start with a customer problem, decide what success looks like, and build your first AI employee around a real piece of work. You do not need a large team or an entire department mapped out. Start a new company →
Bring AI into an existing company
Keep the systems and people that already work. Pick one repetitive workflow, run a controlled pilot, and measure the improvement before you expand. Start with a pilot →
What you can use today
Hive is a prototype. The current workspace includes organization setup, invitations, AI employee chats, Codex connection and model selection, and provider connections through Composio. An AI employee can work only when its required connections and computer are ready.
Some dashboard charts are illustrative. A chart labeled as sample data is not evidence of your company's performance. Company Brain provides shared knowledge, separate from company vision and policies. Company-wide autonomous planning, department orchestration, and phone approvals remain future work.
A few useful words
- Organization: your company or team. Its workspace is where you work together in Hive.
- AI employee: a conversation and working environment dedicated to a job.
- Harness: the software that runs an AI employee. Hive currently supports Codex.
- Model: the AI you select inside that harness.
- Connection: access to a service such as an email or project-management tool.
- KPI: a measurable result that tells you whether the work helps.
Follow the guide for your situation. The examples are starting points to adapt, not promises of revenue or time savings.
