Information we handle
When you sign in, we process your email address and authentication information. During onboarding, you may provide your name, company name, workspace handle, goals, billing country, referral information, profile photo, company logo, and product-update preference. We also receive information you send when you contact us.
Our hosting and authentication services process technical information needed to serve and secure Hive, such as network addresses, requests, device or browser information, and error records.
Why we use it
We use this information to sign you in, create and manage your workspace, display the details you provide, respond to requests, maintain the service, and investigate security or reliability problems. Product-update preferences help us determine whether to send optional updates.
Services that process information
Hive uses Cloudflare for hosting, WorkOS for authentication, and Convex for application data and uploaded images. These providers process information as needed to provide their services. Providers may process information outside your country.
The website loads some images from third-party hosts. The product video and its captions are served through our hosting provider. Those requests disclose technical information, including your network address, to the relevant provider and are subject to its privacy practices.
We may disclose information when legally required, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect the service and people from abuse. If a business transfer affects your information, this policy continues to apply unless you are informed of a change.
Cookies and browser storage
Authentication cookies support sign-in and session security. A theme cookie and local browser storage remember your light or dark preference across the website and app. Local storage also remembers your interface-sound preference. You can clear these in your browser; doing so may sign you out or reset your preferences.
Beta previews and future connections
Hive saves AI employee setup sessions and submitted messages in your workspace so you can resume them later. You can delete a session from the sidebar. AI employee execution and tool connections are still in development and may require additional information and permissions. We will update this policy when those changes affect how information is handled.
Retention and requests
Retention depends on why information is held, including operating your account, responding to requests, security, and legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or change your product-update preference, by emailing privacy@naironai.com. We may need to verify that a request relates to your account. Legal obligations and backup or security records may affect what can be removed immediately.
Your location may give you additional privacy rights, including rights to object to or restrict processing, receive a copy of your information, or complain to a data protection authority. Contact us to exercise rights that apply to you.
