Bring AI into your existing company
Start with one useful workflow and earn the right to expand.
You do not need to rebuild your company or share every financial detail to try Hive. Start with a process that matters, the people who understand it, and enough information to judge the result.
Choose a contained pilot
A property-management business might begin with maintenance triage: group new requests, identify missing details, and draft next steps for a coordinator.
The first pilot does not need authority to dispatch contractors, spend money, or contact residents. Those are separate decisions.
Keep your current systems
Use the tools where the business already works. Connect the provider needed for the pilot, or begin with an anonymized document export. Hive does not need to become the source of truth for every system on day one.
Agree on evidence
Decide what the AI employee must produce and how the team will judge it. Record the current process, including review time and exceptions. Compare the pilot with that baseline.
Follow the rollout
- Select the pilot.
- Set up the workflow.
- Review quality and exceptions.
- Measure the value.
- Expand responsibility when the evidence supports it.
Hive's long-term goal is to support entire departments. That is a direction to grow toward, not a promise that today's prototype can replace a department without setup, review, and integration work.
